My navigating skils on Roomster
by Anonymous

My navigating skils on Roomster aren't up to speed yet. I need to spend time searching b4 I can give an informed opinion. If I'm blessed, I won't get familiar with your site cuz I'm looking 4ward to contacting Kate from here 2 see her room. Though I appreciate your service, I've had some stories of being judged on Craig's List. Oh well!

I've come across a few people on that
by Abim

I've come across a few people on that website over the years. The roommates were okay too. BUT the customer service is really really bad. THEY DON'T HELP AT ALL! They respond to you, but they can't help with anything you need. They charge you with no refunds, even if you talk to them beforehand or if you get the same person again. Once your subscription ends, you get lots of messages. When you subscribe again, nobody seems to message you at all. Weird, right? BUT IT'S REALLY TRUE. Would I suggest the site? Yeah. They check your messages and posts though.

The one thing I will say is make sure
by Jared

The one thing I will say is make sure to confirm with someone that your subscription has been canceled. Despite what they say - deactivating or suspending your account does not stop them from charging you. They also say you can cancel just by clicking cancel but no such button exist. I do not recommend.

Enhanced experience with extended trial
by Hall

To improve the customer experience, offering a 2-month free trial before obligatory payments would provide ample time for users to explore and engage in roommate searching.
