    I had a problem transferring funds from my Rise

    I had a problem transferring funds from my Rise account because of my bank (not Rise’s fault). The solution took a bit longer than I thought, but the Rise team handled it really well. I appreciated how fast their leadership team responded, including one of the founders and the head of finance. They kept me updated and worked hard to fix the issue. Rise really cares about customer service, and their effort to solve problems, even when they’re not at fault, is something I really value. I would definitely recommend them!

    It took a bit of time to complete the KYC

    It took a bit of time to complete the KYC because my ID card wasn’t scanned correctly. However, my driving license worked without any issues. Once the account was set up, everything went smoothly. Both incoming and outgoing transfers were processed in just a few minutes. I’ve never experienced such a quick payment system before.
