lizard point 4 days booked begining july 2025 left a day early because kids 10 and 18 got bored, caravan was alright but found dirty sock, kids left toys still in van and hairs in bathroom, but nothing we couldn’t fix, staff were nice, but all was closed on the site, it was bad, not much to do around either. not one of my best trips sorry van was a malick.

Two nights at Skipsea Sands with a camper van was fairly priced with well laid out touring spots, but some, like ours, were just 5 feet from the park road which made it bad. I wouldn’t have booked if I knew we faced a road with only open slatted fences so everyone walking or driving could see in, no privacy at all! Facilities were okay until Friday night when it got much busier, noodles all over the women’s block floor? Still there at 10 am the next day so cleaning times clearly didn’t happen. Avoid weekends if you want a quiet, clean place, maybe fine during quiet times.
