The site is definitely a bit complicated when it comes to the withdrawal. I tried twice to get the withdrawal to my credit card (which I also used to deposit), but it was rejected. Then tried a normal transfer to the account... then it worked. I was a bit skeptical at first because of the bad reviews... but after a long time it worked out.
