I had my adrenal glands removed at this clinic.

I had my adrenal glands removed at this clinic. The doctor didn't have time to explain how to use the emergency injection, which is critical for saving lives. Less than a year later, I started producing cortisol again. My local doctor and Mayo Clinic found leftover tissue in my adrenal area. However, my Mayo doctor told me to be content, and the surgeon wouldn’t acknowledge any mistakes. My test results were inconsistent, just like before the surgery. Stay away from Mayo Clinic!

The doctors are great, but the processes are terrible

The doctors are great, but the processes are terrible. It took months to receive blood test results, and I'm still waiting three months later for a referral. If your issue can be resolved quickly, it’s fine, but if you need tests or follow-ups, it's a frustrating waste of time. The delays and lack of communication have been disappointing. I regret choosing this place and would not recommend it for anyone needing ongoing care or timely responses. Needs major improvements.

My 4-year-old nephew had trouble breathing.

My 4-year-old nephew had trouble breathing. My sister woke up to find them giving him a blood transfusion, even though he wasn’t bleeding. They didn’t consult us, just went ahead with it. They’re said to be the best, but they messed up the medicine dosage twice. I saw his eyes turn dark. Stay alert if you or someone close is here.

I have medicaid and Mayo Clinic won't take it.

I have medicaid and Mayo Clinic won't take it. This place cares more about money than helping people. Avoid going to a clinic that sees you like just another number. They go through everything with a fine comb to find things wrong so they can charge you more and get every penny from you.

Mayo puts profit before patient safety.

Mayo puts profit before patient safety. Risked my well-being. I required Gamma Knife for a brain tumor but they refused my Aetna Medicare PPO coverage. Now I’m stuck on a lengthy waiting list somewhere else.
