    DO NOT USE

    DO NOT USE!!! DO NOT USE!!!! AVOID Don't trade your phone in without taking full video and photographic evidence of the condition. My phone was in perfect condition when I sent it to Keynes. I packaged it in an iPhone box so it wouldn't get damaged in transit. They never commented on the condition when they received it but they then sent the phone to a 3rd party who said that the phone was in terrible condition (Keynes would not provide any photographic proof), dropped my trade in offer by over 75% without giving me the option to get the phone back. I wanted to pay the trade in price that they offered me off the contract but for them to send me my phone back. This was not possible as they sent it to a 3rd party. They literally hold your phone connection to ransom as they cut me off when I said I wasn't prepared to accept the revised offer.

    what ever you do dont deal with this company they are a scam and try to get thousands of poundes out of you and intimidated you and cause stress i am going to take them to court and claim of them for loss of earnings and stress if any one else is in the same position please get in touch ****.
