I initially didn't have high hopes for this app, and unfortunately, my experience has only worsened. The app requires daily sign-ins to rate your sleep, which is quite a tedious process. Occasionally, there are a few weeks where daily sign-ins aren't necessary, but uploading data can still take 3 to 5 minutes, which feels excessive, especially since it demands Bluetooth to be on constantly. There are brief periods where data uploads quickly, within seconds, which is great, but these are short-lived. After about a week, the slow cycle starts all over again. This inconsistency in performance is frustrating. I wouldn't recommend this app based on my experience.

Been using Inspire website since 2010 for medical info. Depended on it for tests and prognosis insights from others. Was unsure about the iPad app but it's good. Many apps make iPad users struggle but not this one. Works well and discussions are easy to follow.
