I purchased several lights from this company. It took more than a month to get the order, and one light arrived broken. Now, 7 months later, I’m still trying to get the correct light. They sent a new fixture, but it lacked a base plate. Then they sent a base plate, but it was the wrong color and size. I’m still emailing them to get the right parts to complete the installation. It’s been 7 months, and I still can’t set up these lights.

I'm waiting for a reply to my emails and messages on social media. The return policy seems a bit over the top, and it's harder to deal with due to poor communication from the company and very little contact info. My delivery arrived in two separate shipments, which caught me off guard. The first part arrived on time, but the second one was delayed by a week.

The Medieval Iron Retro Single Head Bauhaus Pendant light came, but the top iron circle was bent. It took too long to arrive. I tried to fix it. It's hung now, but the bent part is still visible. Also, I got the Bauhaus Stained Glass Pendant light. 3 boxes arrived, but no wiring was included. I paid a lot for these lights, and I'm very unhappy.

Terrible company, AVOID.

Terrible company, AVOID. Bought a light, tried to cancel through UK email but got no response. They then tried to deliver the light 7 weeks later from China. Refused delivery again, emailed 3 more times, still no refund. Bank is looking into it. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY. Order number UKUKHY1027
