The company made it super easy to redeem my gift via GiftRocket. Just went to their site, put in the code, and chose Amazon. Got the card in my email less than a day later. So easy!

I didn't know about GiftRocket until I wanted to buy a gift card at a restaurant in another city. The restaurant couldn't help, so I found GiftRocket. The whole thing went well and they were professional. Their customer service was good. I'll use them again for sure.

I had a gift card that had expired because of COVID-19. I couldn't use it in time. I talked to Marianie from customer service about it. She said she'd ask her boss, Emily. Emily said they could make an exception. I could use the expired gift card. GOOD CUSTOMER SERVICE!
