Delighted with my buy. The phone looks almost new! Good service, reputable company with skilled staff. Would buy again without hesitation. I don't like accepting cookies on sites I visit. I'd rather find ones that don't ask. I ignore sites that block content until I accept cookies.

I really like my 'kind of new' iPhone, and switching from my old phone was pretty simple. My old phone is too outdated to sell, but I like the suggestions on what to do with it instead of just throwing it away. Your help is good, and I liked getting an email afterward to make sure everything was okay. Good job Orchard! We've bought from you before, and we'll keep doing it.

I've been a loyal customer of theirs for years, buying used phones since 2016. Initially, it was smooth sailing, but recently, my experience has taken a nosedive. They sent me a phone marked 'Good' with a noticeable scratch, yet during the return, they charged me for a screen repair. Customer service was a nightmare; within the supposed 90-day warranty, they questioned my return and guilt-tripped me. Their automatic system penalizes you for delays beyond your control, like slow shipping label delivery. Disappointing shift in quality and service.

I recently acquired a Samsung Galaxy S9 from Orchard, marketed as "Like New." Despite this, I encountered a setback when the phone arrived with an evident angular scuff beneath a cracked screen protector. Orchard, unfortunately, lacked a replacement but eventually offered a partial refund. Although they covered the $20 screen protector cost as credit for a future purchase, the overall experience left me unsatisfied with the promised condition of the device.
