Shameless Snacks is a good option for low glycemic snacks. As someone with Type 1 Diabetic, this is quite helpful. Their gummy candies taste like regular high sugar candies. The texture is nice, the flavor is nice, and the size of each snack bag is just right. A solid choice for a gluten free, guilt free snack with only 3 grams of net carb!
