I submitted my DJI Mini 2 for repair, a $350 refurbished drone. It had a broken pivot joint, arm, and cracked top/middle plate. They quoted $310 for repairs, breaking it down as $91 for the arm (I had the part), $179 for the cracked shell (a $40 part on Amazon), and $39 for the pivot joint. These costs seem unreasonable for an entry-level drone. It's perplexing when buying a new one for a slightly higher price seems like a more practical choice.

This company seems quite good. The people who work there seem to know a lot and care about their jobs. I had two interactions with them, one with Chris who called and emailed me about business stuff. Even though I didn't buy anything, he was nice and helpful. The other interaction was with Bernardo who helped fix my drone problem through email. They both did good jobs.
