The automated order acceptance minimizes hassle for our shop, allowing seamless handling of temporarily unavailable products. The sync feature with linked applications streamlines operations. While occasional challenges arise, the prompt responsiveness and proactive issue resolution from their customer service team have been consistent. No grievances with their support—it's reliable.
