Had to plan a quick trip to Vegas for a work event. Making the booking was simple and the website was easy to use. I booked and paid on the 21st, but didnt get my confirmation until the 22nd, had to call TravelJunction to sort it out. The agent who helped me was very nice and patient.

The company needs to improve the clarity of communication. It's challenging to grasp what the agent is saying because of their strong accents and speaking too quickly. They should slow down to ensure people can accurately note down phone numbers from their messages.

I secured my flight reservation on November 28th, utilizing a discount that had unfortunately expired. Despite the setback, the supervisor managed to secure a reasonable price for me. However, the overall experience left me somewhat disappointed.

Then they said the 24-hour cancellation only works when booking directly with the airline. So now I have to pay more. DON’T USE THEM! REPLY to Click2Go: They said they couldn’t find it, but it’s there if they search for Edgardo Santana. I ended up buying tickets for $300 more than what I saw on Google flights. It’s always better to book directly with the airline. I asked nicely for a cancellation since they hadn’t bought the tickets, but they refused.

The flight I bought was already sold out — it was overbooked.

At first, it had two-hour stops and just one connection. Now I have several connections and must travel overnight in Mexico, and I paid extra. I would rather have traveled during the day, since no buses run at night. The woman who helped me, Amora, was nice and tried hard to find a way so I could have a good trip at a fair cost.

WE BOOKED FLIGHTS FOR TWO AND PAID FROM OUR CREDIT CARD; GOT A CONFIRMATION OF TRANSACTION THAT WE IMMEDIATELY PRINTED UP. WITHIN A FEW MINUTES WE RECEIVED A CALL ADVISING THAT UNFORTUNATELY THEY HAVE TO CHARGE US A SUPPLEMENTARY 500$ OR SO ON A 1 500$ TRANSACTION BECAUSE SUPPOSEDLY THE SPECIAL PRICED SEATS WERE NO LONGER AVAILABLE NOTWITHSTANDING THE COMPLETION OF THE TRANSACTION. FOLLOWING SOME BICKERING ON OUR PART, THE MANAGER WHO WAS NOT ORIGINALLY AVAILABLE TO EXPLAIN HIS AGENT'S EXPLANATIONS OFFERED A SLIGHT DISCOUNT. THEY INSISTED ON RECEIVING THE EXTRA $ REQUESTED IMMEDIATELY AS WE COULD '......LOOSE OUR SEATS AND THE MONEY....'. WE INSISTED ON RECEIVING A FULL REFUND WHICH WAS TURNED DOWN. WE PLAN TO GO FURTHER WITH THIS .........

This was honestly the worst site to buy your ticket. The price of my ticket was $932 but once I got the email, it told me to give them a call on their 800 number. When I did and asked them about what was wrong with my ticket, they proceed to tell me that my ticket was no longer available at the price that I made for and proceed to charge me an extra $500. In total being $1482. Tried to cancel it because the reason i even bought the ticket was for the cheap price. At first I was told I couldn't cancel and then after some pressure from my dad was told that it would charge me a fee of $200. Please be warned, do not buy from this ticket site.

This is scam dont ever book tickets at click2book.us. They will advertise a cheap flight then once you booked and provided your payment info youll get a call from their agent explaining the flight you chose online was no longer available and its non refundable and they will offer you a way more expensive flight and if you wish to cancel the reservation they will ask you to pay a cancellation fee for $150 per passenger. Cancellation fee for flight that cant be confirmed or booked. I warned you

I'm whit a lot of time booking a flight to December and with just a few hours that we make my booking all the travel disappeared also I have to pay 100 $ for his mistake, amazing , don't waste time and money in this site, you want to lose 100%.

Major rip-off! I reserved a ticket to Bangkok, only to receive a call 20 minutes later claiming it's a "standby flight." No chance for a refund! Absolute scam. Beware and steer clear of this deceitful company.

Bait and switch

It’s a scam. They take your credit card for a non refundable ticket that does not exist at the original price and want you to buy a way more expensive ticket. Will that one exist either? Scam!

Rip off

Tried to cancel trip they refused to cancel unless I paid 304$ they already had my 900$ deposit. Also there was no confirmation of my trip once I checked into it rip off
