I enjoy Classover due to their range of courses and diverse teacher options. After a few weeks, I signed up my younger son too. The teachers are great—skilled and understanding. My younger son is 6 years old and struggles to stay focused for long periods. Ms. Krysten uses various methods to keep him engaged, help him concentrate, and enhance his learning results. Still, scheduling classes can sometimes be slower than anticipated. The customer service is patient, though you might have to wait a bit longer.

After experiencing misleading feedback and a bait-and-switch approach, my initial positive impression soured. The promised teacher became unavailable after payment, and the company persisted in pressuring us to proceed despite our discomfort. The "bait and switch" tactic eroded trust, and the refusal to refund for a service we never received leaves a negative impression. Overall, I cannot recommend this company based on their deceptive practices and unresponsive customer service.
