Ron met with us this afternoon and spent time talking about and discussing the windows and doors that we were purchasing. He went over all the details and set up an install date for us. We did the financing and the process was great.

The first visit was good

The first visit was good and the company rep knew a lot. We had three patio room ideas and he helped us pick the best one. We got a deal better than the 40% off offered with his help. The 15 year warranty made us feel good about choosing Champion.

I strongly advise against choosing this company for your needs. My experience with them was exceptionally disappointing. From the very beginning, they failed to accurately measure our windows, leading to multiple errors. Astonishingly, they even forgot to place an order for one of the windows not once, but twice. The lack of attention to detail extended to their workers, who neglected to wear booties, resulting in dirt being tracked throughout our house. This disregard for cleanliness only added to the frustration of dealing with the company. The entire process dragged on for an exasperating 6 months due to their repeated mistakes. When I sought assistance or compensation for the numerous issues that arose, I was met with a dismissive response – "that's not something we do." This unwillingness to take responsibility for their errors further compounded my dissatisfaction with their services. Save yourself the trouble and avoid the mistake I made by steering clear of this company. There are undoubtedly more reliable options available that value customer satisfaction and take pride in their work.

Our experience with this company

Our experience with this company in Wisconsin was positive, but unfortunately, our encounter with them in Kentucky was quite the opposite. We purchased six windows in Kentucky, with the first and second payments made in October and November. However, on December 1st, we faced a significant issue when the salesman unauthorizedly processed the third payment, resulting in an overcharge of nearly $1000. Upon realizing the overcharge, we promptly contacted the office a week later. To our dismay, there was no record of the unauthorized payment, and the manager sent us an email stating a payment due of a few hundred dollars. This situation raised concerns as it implied that, had we not noticed the overcharge on our credit card, we would have been subjected to additional charges. As of December 14, we are still awaiting the refund for the overcharge, adding to our disappointment with the overall experience. The pricing of the windows also left us questioning their value for money. Regrettably, based on this experience, we have decided not to engage in any future business with this company in Kentucky.

Champion has become incredibly

Champion has become incredibly unreliable in my recent experience. Despite being a previous customer, my faith in their service has been shattered. Three months ago, I placed an order for a door installation at my residence, accompanied by a significant down payment. Shockingly, they managed to lose my order in the process. To add insult to injury, I am now receiving calls demanding additional funds, creating an unsettling situation. Regrettably, I've reached the point where I can confidently declare that I will never consider their services again. It's disheartening to feel like my hard-earned money has been taken without any assurance of the job being completed. The suspicion that I might be falling victim to a scam has become a genuine concern, and it's a deeply unsettling situation.
