My bobblehead couple arrived disassembled, with dolls and stand packaged separately. Despite being informed about assembly, putting them together was frustrating, and they frequently toppled. The suggestion to use glue was surprising and not what I expected for the price paid. When I expressed dissatisfaction, the return process seemed overly complicated. While the initial bobbleheads were fine, the overall experience left me disappointed and disheartened.

The quality of this product is really great. I’m always amazed at how detailed each bobblehead is. I also like how careful they are with packing to make sure it arrives in mint condition. I’m always excited to buy this product when a new 'historic figure' is released. I wouldn’t buy them from anyone else.
