This whole ordeal with the company has been a disaster. I ordered a simple tablecloth, and the process has been anything but smooth. I opted for guest checkout, but when they sent me the order details for verification, it demanded a sign-in, impossible without an account. Normally, reputable companies include guest checkout info in the confirmation email – a no-brainer. To track my item due in two-three days, I had to call them. The customer service claimed they emailed me the day before, but our office's robust spam filter often swallows messages whole. Today, in another call (while I was at a tradeshow trying to sort my tablecloth), they mentioned sending an email three days ago, citing an incorrect address. I'm baffled – no clue about that street, and my address input seems fishy. They insisted I had an account (from my guest checkout mention), but attempting to log in with email OTP resulted in "no account found." Something's off. This company seems shady. Doubt I'll ever receive that tablecloth. And seriously, they can't be in Georgia, US – no way it would take this long or offer such a lackluster service.

Ordered some stickers and needed them by a set date. The team reached out, saying I had to pay more than the advertised price. When I inquired why, they avoided giving a clear answer, making excuses on several occasions. This back and forth dragged on for days, including many automated responses. It was very annoying that production wouldn’t start until I agreed to pay more than initially stated. Eventually, I chose to cancel the order as it all seemed quite shady. The only reason I didn’t give 1 star is because, when they finally heard my request for a refund, they were quite quick in returning the money to my account. Order here at your own risk, and be prepared to pay more than what’s advertised.

I received my order within the promised timeframe. However, a significant issue arose as there was an error in the received banner. Despite raising objections and confirming that the final proof we approved was correct, the product we received did not match the approved version. The flaw in the final proofing process, where a customer receives a different version than approved, created a challenging situation. Regrettably, we didn't have a screenshot on our end to support our claim. As a result, we experienced a loss, and we decided to order a replacement from one of your competitors. Improvements in the proofing system are crucial to ensure a more accurate and satisfying customer experience in the future.

However, caution is advised if you encounter issues with product delivery. My third time using them. The first order came in 2 days earlier than the delivery date and the second order arrived 4 days late but the print quality was great. The customer service has been amazing. I'm very pleased with being able to speak with a live person very quickly and they've been very courteous in all engagements so far. Also you can't beat the price for the quality.
