I registered with the intention of placing bets, but after a few wagers, my account was restricted by the platform. When attempting to withdraw almost R$800, the pending amount, they requested documents to verify my account. Despite promptly submitting all required documents, such as my ID, a selfie with my ID, and proof of address, I received the disappointing news that my account had been closed, and my withdrawal would not be processed. This experience has left me frustrated and dissatisfied.
