I was stuck in this

I was stuck in this weird loop trying to cancel my trial. The website just wouldn’t let me change my password, which was odd since I logged in with my Gmail. Every time I tried, there was this annoying red bar error. I wanted to cancel before the two-week trial ended, but it was impossible. Then, surprise! A £23 charge appeared. I even changed my bank card, but the charges still went through. I reached out for a refund, hoping they'd sort it out. They did respond, so maybe not a scam, but they really need to fix those bugs and make the AI chats work smoothly. It’d make everything way better!
