My experience matches what many others have said. I made an order, but didn't get any confirmation email. The phone number leads to a hotel booking line, and I never got a reply from the support email. I still haven't received the product I ordered.

This site is a scam. They only want your credit card info and need to be reported. Customer service is unhelpful and hangs up on you if you wait too long. It's a waste of time to try to reach them.

Terrible website, no idea how it’s still active, should be closed down don’t know why or how it’s still operating, just feels like a con.

I tried to order an item and 48 hours later still don't have a confirmation of order, and when you track the order within their system, it remains in a "Received order" status. Additionally, upon looking at the receipt, it reflects the item, it's cost, free shipping, and no additional taxes etc. The phone number they supply on their site is 470-207-0770 and when you call it, it is a reservation number for hotels. I will report my card as fraud compromised, will request a new one, and recommend anyone that provided their card details to this company do the same.

Pl XDC depot.com seems like a scam site. Ordered a tool and got a confirmation with an order number. Waited for the tool to be sent but got no shipping update. Emailed XDC Depot.com but never got a response. Tried calling their phone number, but it’s not connected to XDC Depot. The number is actually for a hotel chain.

The website doesn't function. Took my credit card info, then displayed an error. Think this site might be a scam. They said they had a product I couldn't find elsewhere.

This company is a total mess. Their website doesn't function properly at all. Every time I try to use it, I keep getting error messages saying there's a malfunction. And what's worse, even after all these issues, they don't seem to be able to erase my credit card information properly. Seriously, is this some kind of scam? It feels like dealing with a dummy company.

I made an order on May 30, 2025. I got a confirmation that day—but no tracking or any delivery details except the ad said 3-5 business days. I can’t reach them since there’s no real contact info—so they took my money. It’s sad to see a company that just steals money instead of working honestly. Being older, I don’t have extra cash to give to crooks.

Total scam

Bought a tool and they never sent an email confirmation. Called customer service and it is a hotel that answers. They never used the card for my purchase but they have my card info now. Just froze my card and had to order a new credit card. Beware!

Just like others...no one answers the phone - card can’t be processed - I regret not checking these reviews first. Spent a lot of time looking into buying from a company that appears not to exist but promises satisfaction.

The number just goes to Hilton in Atlanta booking desk. FAKE. Frode. Tried calling twice, same result. Nothing real about this at all. Seems like they want to trick people. Stay away, its not worth your time or mony.
