The HP wireless printer support directed me to these scammers. A supposed 20-30 minute assistance turned into a grueling 5-hour ordeal. They coerced me into a baffling $300 service I neither comprehended nor desired. Mocked my lack of understanding throughout. Dubiously claimed to remove files, yet nothing changed. Unwarrantedly installed antivirus causing havoc; now my computer falters, especially with email and USB ports. Phone connection was a disaster, necessitating over a dozen recalls. I feel trapped, facing additional costs for real help. Received a partial refund, but it won't rectify their destructive actions. Clearly, they operate like hackers.
