Mechanic did a poor job and damaged parts on my car

Mechanic did a poor job and damaged parts on my car, then tryed to hide it. Another mechanic from the company checked and confirmed this. My car has not been working for a week now. They are in no rush to fix it and only after many calls agreed to replace the whole fuel line that was messed up. Then, without telling me, they tried to charge me part of the repair cost, saying they already spent a lot trying to fix it! They won't give you any compensation, no rental car for their mistake, and they add extra charges without asking, hoping you won’t see. This company is a total scam.

I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone. They took more money from my account than they should have, and when I reached out to the Better Business Bureau, they denied it. My car still isn't fixed, even though I paid them for repairs under their warranty. Months have passed and my car is still in the same condition, with no help from Wrench. It's been such a stressful and upsetting experience. I just can't afford to get my car fixed now.

I had a problem with my key getting stuck in the ignition. The plastic parts near the steering wheel were missing, and I ended up having to disconnect the battery to avoid draining it. The mechanic said he couldn't help because of how it was. I had to push another one of my cars that was also broken out of the way and reconnect the battery myself. Honestly, I did more work than the people here.

Avoid this company completely.

Communication is bad. They put the wrong part on my car and left it unusable in the driveway. Management never called me back. I ended up towing my car to get it fixed with the right part. They won't take responsibility for putting the wrong part. They just keep saying I didn’t pay for a check and that they put a part in. The WRONG one! Wouldn’t tell anyone to use them. Awful.

I wouldn't recommend this website. They sent wrong parts, and I had to get some on my own. On top of that, they added a $600 labor fee to my estimate without giving any reason, and there's no one to talk to about the charges.
