I made an order with them during the holidays and it took a little while to arrive, but once it did, everything was fine. The clothes looked exactly like the pictures and the quality was nice. I will admit the shipping cost was more than the actual order, so I was a bit unsure at first. I reached out to them, and she explained that the items were coming from China and had to go through customs. Apart from the wait and high delivery fee, I give Wholesale 21 a thumbs ☝ and will shop again💯💯 I just wish PayPal wasn't they only payment method...

This is a great website to find a variety of modern and fashionable styles at very good prices. I often visit the site as I update my wardrobe for the new season. The customer service is very helpful. Whenever I need assistance or have questions, Faye and her team always make sure I’m up to date with everything. I really enjoy shopping here!

I really like the stuff they sell here. What bugs me though is how the quality isn't always the same. Sometimes the sizes are way off, other times they're fine. Everything looks great overall, but you gotta take a gamble. My biggest gripe is how long it takes to ship. Even when I paid extra for faster shipping, they still took ages to send it out.

I didn’t have an issue with the shipping. I actually got my packages sooner than I expected. However, the sizes on some items are way smaller than you expect. When ordering plus size, that means they are going to send you the biggest size that's available at that time.

When I tried to pay with my card, it kept sending me to PayPal. I didn't order because of that. And now they won't stop emailing me. SCAMMMM!

A bad place to order from. They trick with shipping charges. I ordered 2 tops with flat rate shipping, but the shipping cost more than the tops themselves. They calculate shipping for each item. I only got one top delivered. They claimed it was sent with fast shipping for 38 dollars (for a top that costs 12 dollars), and said they didn’t know they couldn’t send with flat rate shipping. I’m not sure if they sent it fast or not. They should have told me this before sending and asked if I still wanted it or to cancel. After much back and forth, I got a refund for the missing top, but not the shipping. I would not give even 1 star.

Still waitng for any update, no message or anything. Tried to contact them but no reply. Really don’t know what’s happening with my delivery. It’s been long and I’m getting worried.

When I put in my card details, it kept sending me back to PayPal to pay. I tried choosing debit/credit many times but it always went to PayPal, so I chose not to buy and checked the reviews. Now they keep sending me emails even though I didn’t buy anything! This is surely a SCAMMMMMM
