Great customer service from Joe at Barbour.
Great customer service from Joe at Barbour. Had a problem with an old jacket that was fixed wrong, and they quickly replaced it with a new one along with an apology.

The wellies in green looked smart
The wellies in green looked smart, but after 2-3 uses, the Barbour logo peeled off. The bottom wore down fast, and the metal buckle rusted quickly. They caused bad blisters where they rubbed my heel. Overall, they look smart and are nice boots.

Good quality, great service, BUT!!
Good quality, great service, BUT!! sizin is way off, I'm 44inch chest ordered XL jaket, it came on time, couldn't zip up, too tight, sent back, got XXL, good service, still too tight, asked for refund, took 2 weeks for returns and replacements, turns out I need XXXL, not that big, shame, like Barbour, but, gonna pick diffrent brand, Barbour sizing off, such shame.

Ordered a Defence waxed jacket.
Ordered a Defence waxed jacket. It came with a missing button and seemed worn out. Returned it and complained. They offered 10% off a full price item, but the Defence jacket was on sale. So, the discount is pointless. Not happy and very dissapointed with the 'quality'. Expected much better for the cost.
