I usually enjoy the quality of J. Crew's products. Sometimes an earlier version had better quality, but overall, I'm quite pleased. The sizing works well, fits as expected. I find it very convenient to order online and have items sent to a store. Living overseas, that's the most practical option for me. I also like how simple it is to return or swap items bought online, just pop into the closest store. Never had an issue. And I'm glad they ship to Europe :)

I had an issue with my online order and spoke to the store manager Song-Song in San Francisco while I was picking up another order. She was very kind and took care of the problem in a way that worked out well for me, really good. I’ll be telling my friends about this nice experience. J Crew is a great brand, and this service makes it my first choice for shopping. Thanks!

Return policy confusing and misleading

Return policy confusing and misleading. They say you have 30 days to return items, but it means they must get them within 30 days. I sent my return on time, but they didn’t get it in time, so I got a gift card instead of a refund. The card had no pin (19 digits), and I had to ask for a new one 4 times before I could use it. After that, a rep opened a "case" to process my refund. I finally got my money back, but I had to be very active to get it done. Customer service was polite, but the return policy is not clear and feels tricky. I won’t shop at JCrew again due to their confusing return policy.

I ordered a dress in size 6 but got denim shorts in size 35. What on earth?!! When I called customer service, they said sometimes the order goes through without stock available. So they just pick a random item instead? Are you serious? Fix your dumb inventory system. Couldn’t they at *least* have sent another dress in size 6? Seriously, any dress in size 6 would have been better! It would have made a bit more sense and been way less absurd. Now I have to waste time returning this random clothing they sent. Won't be buying JCrew online anymore.

JCrew never picks up their customer service phone. They canceled my orders and messed everything up. I ordered a linen blouse, but they sent me something else! Also, the quality is bad. Customer service is very poor!
