This was my first trip on Virgin.

This was my first trip on Virgin. We started from Barcelona and went to France, Italy, Ibiza, and it was great time. Really enjoyed every moment and nothing can't wrong but time flies so fast 😄 Atmosphere in the cruise was enjoyable from The Manor, Casino, Gunbae, Razzle & Dazzle, Scarlet night and so many live performances and magic shows. Look forward for another one soon. The daily events like up was perfectly balanced for every sphere of the guests, different music according to the location and atmosphere of the cruise. You can sit outside under sun or indoors, food choice was amazing, casino staff and manager were really outstanding in their services and same for the food and catering ones. You can start your day with fitness class or you can use gym or play the games and finish your day at The Manor with great selection of music and DJ.

Man, our first cruise with Virgin

Man, our first cruise with Virgin Voyages was an absolute blast! The food? Don't even get me started – every meal was a taste bud fiesta. We switched up restaurants every night, and each one was a winner. Even the dining hall had this crazy variety that kept us coming back for more. Now, the shows? Killer. Comedians, acrobats, dance shows – we booked 'em all, and they all knocked our socks off. And our balcony room? Spacious, comfy, and spotless. The workout spots got a daily workout from us, and every floor had these rad spaces with different vibes. But let's talk about the staff – top-notch. Always smiling, always ready to make your day. Honestly, whether you're a couple, a friend group, or a whole fam, this cruise is a must. It's like they've got something for everyone, and not enjoying this ride? Hard to imagine!

First time on Virgin Voyages and it was a good experience.

First time on Virgin Voyages and it was a good experience. No kids allowed, which is nice. It was a lively atmosphere, lots of fun. Remember to wear red for Scarlett Night! They don't expect tips, which is a relief. Plenty of shows and things to do. Food was mostly good, but Razzle Dazzle wasn't great, in my opinion and others'. Pink Agave and Extra Virgin were good. Gunbae is recommended, especially Bayu's service. We couldn't go to the DR due to a medical emergency, which was unfortunate. Hope the person is okay. But I'd still sail with Virgin again. They got it right.

    First-timer with Virgin Voyages

First-timer with Virgin Voyages, and we're totally sold! Our cabin? A stunner. Only gripe? The bathroom was teeny, but hey, who hangs out in there all day, right? Food choices? So many, and they didn't cost extra – even the pickiest eaters are covered. And get this – embarkation and debarkation? Lightning-fast. I was legit worried we skipped a line or something, it was that smooth. Already planning our next voyage with these folks!

    Virgin Voyages nailed cruising!

Virgin Voyages nailed cruising! We had an amazing vacation. Their staff is organized and helpful. Also super friendly and made our stay comfy and fun. The food was really good, not your typical cruise food. I love the fact that there's no buffets. Great cruise with a great itinerary.

    Man, booking that Athens

Man, booking that Athens to Sydney cruise with MY Cruises turned out to be a bit of a rollercoaster. First, they sneakily make it three separate cruises – like, come on, give us a heads up, right? And don't even get me started on their customer service – nonexistent! But hey, let's talk about the Resilient Lady – some ups and downs there. Cabins and cabin staff? Top-notch. Restaurant and Galley crew? A+ for friendliness. Entertainment? Well, let's just say it could use a sprinkle of excitement. Now, the downsides – that Virgin App? Total disaster, cutting off left and right. Food got boring real quick, especially those sad apples. Ports were a hot mess until Bali, thanks to a chorus of complaints. And customer service? MIA most days. Oh, and the mystery charges on the account? Yeah, that's a big no. Seems like their accounting system needs a serious upgrade. Internet? Don't even get me started. Regular service was a joke, and the premium? Way too pricey for what it's worth. So, yeah, we enjoyed the cruise, but jumping into another one with them? Only if they fix up their act big time.

This cruise line has a few things to improve.

This cruise line has a few things to improve. The shows aren't great, mostly cheesy with no real variety like Broadway-style performances or good playlists, just odd comedy. The food was another issue—it's hard to get a dinner reservation, so you're left with the poor options on deck 15 for all meals. To top it off, our smoke alarm went off in the middle of the night, and we had to wait in the hallway until they moved us to a new room. The problem wasn't fixed until the afternoon. They offered champagne as an apology, but we ended up negotiating a $50 credit each, which didn’t seem like enough given the cost of the trip. Would I go with Virgin again? Only if it’s free.

I gotta say, my experience with Virgin was

I gotta say, my experience with Virgin was pretty disappointing, to be honest. The cruise itself was just okay, nothing special, and the service was just alright. The ports we visited weren't all that exciting, and the excursions were pretty limited too. And let me tell you, trying to find a decent dining time was a real pain – eating dinner at 10pm? Not fun at all. But you know what really got me? When we were at their so-called "private" beach club in Bimini, I ended up breaking my toe because they hadn't bothered to fix up the pathways properly. And get this – even after I went to the medical center and got an x-ray, nobody bothered to check in on me to see if I was okay. And when we were leaving the ship the next day, they didn't even offer me a wheelchair or help with getting off. It was like they couldn't wait to get rid of us and move on to the next batch of passengers. But hey, I will give them credit for one thing – the PJ party was pretty fun. But other than that, it was just a terrible experience overall.
