This was our third world cruise.
This was our third world cruise. First with Princess, second with Viking, and this time on Seabourn. This one stands out as the best among them. Having completed 800+ cruise nights across three lines, we feel confident sharing our review of Seabourn. The ship is small, hosting just 450 passengers, with a 1:1.13 passenger-to-crew ratio. This suits our love for smaller ships. Service was top-class. The crew was great and learned our names almost immediately after we boarded. Food was wonderful. We dined in all the venues aboard the Sojourn and enjoyed each one. Entertainment was good. While we aren't big fans of shows, Seabourn offers the chance to dine with entertainers, which made the experience more enjoyable. Stateroom was excellent. Customer service deserves a 10. Seabourn is always ready to meet any request. Itinerary was mostly great, with highlights being Easter and Pitcairn Islands. However, places like Prolongo and Surabaya Indonesia were not as enjoyable. Speakers were fantastic; we learned a lot from them. WiFi was average, but we heard Seabourn will upgrade it by the end of 2024. The excursions were mostly good. Being on a world cruise, there were some hit-or-miss experiences, but Seabourn’s destination team really stood out. They made sure I only booked excursions that suited my mobility needs. After 500+ nights with Seabourn, it's now our favorite cruise line.
