I don't usually write reviews like this, this is maybe my second one ever. Even though Brandon and I couldn't agree because of my own situation and perspective, he was really knowledgeable, friendly, and empathetic. I thought it would be a scripted talk the whole time, but he actually connected with me and cared about my needs, which I feel like a lot of companies miss or overlook. Please reward him somehow, or promote him. He really deserves it.

I wasn’t sure about combining my debt at first. Somehow, I thought it might be wrong. Since I got the debt, I should handle it. But Raul told me that I already paid more than what was due, and if I did nothing, I would keep giving half my salary to the lenders. He calmly went over the plan with me. He replied to all my questions in a simple way. I’m glad I talked to Raul, because he and Verify made me feel hopeful about my money.

Avoid this company at all

Avoid this company at all costs! I signed up last year and it’s been a nightmare. They charge a lot, do very little, and never communicate unless there’s a "settlement agreement." When I canceled, I got a summons from a creditor the same day. They never responded to any notices and even changed the contact info to their address in California, so I didn’t get any notices. I’ve been fighting with them since September. Kim made promises she couldn’t keep, then it got escalated to Alex, who also made conflicting statements. They tried charging me an extra $500 for the summons, and their communication is a mess. They have violated the contract multiple times. Stay away!
