My opinion about the company is: Tillful gives me ways to check my credit often. I can find loans without calling a lot. When I need help, their advisor knows stuff. Their blog is really good for small biz tips.

It seems like Tillful's customer

It seems like Tillful's customer support isn't responsive anymore. They haven't closed my Tillful Card account despite my attempts to contact them through emails and calls. Many others have faced similar issues, with little hope of getting their deposits back, which goes against their terms. I've reported this to the CFPB and FDIC, and I suggest others do the same. Tillful hasn't been the same since Nav acquired them.

Looks like a lot of folks are facing the same problem. You load up your card with cash, then suddenly they shut down your account and keep your money. Something's not right here. I wouldn't be surprised if there's a big legal battle brewing.

TILLFUL CARD COMPANY IS A FRAUD. Avoid any involvement with them. They engage in deceptive practices, retaining your funds, and require you to reach out to the Department of Justice in San Francisco, the Better Business Bureau, and the Federal Trade Commission for consumer complaints. I am still awaiting the return of my funds. Perhaps an attorney should consider pursuing a class-action lawsuit against this organization. If you explore previous reviews, you'll find over 15 accounts of individuals who've had their money unlawfully seized by this company.
