I had a good time shopping with Ulivary. The quality of the products I bought was great, and they were nicely gift wrapped with a thoughtful personal card. The presentation was really nice, and I was happy with it. The customer service was also very helpful when I needed to change my shipping address. They communicated well and even sent me confirmation emails outside of normal hours. Really appreciated the support from Nancy!

This is my first purchase from Ulivary, and I'm really happy with my Olive Kimono Robe! The color is beautiful, and the fabric feels great. The tailoring shows a lot of care, and it fits well, which is not always easy for me to find. I hope they make a short kimono version soon and add bigger sizes in the future. I’m excited to show this to my friends.

I ordered two kimono robe gift boxes, but the shipping took longer than expected. Still, the customer service team was great, always keeping me informed and coordinating with the delivery company. As an apology, they even sent me an extra gift box. I get that shipping delays can happen during busy times, but their service really made a difference.
