Mobility work that sticks
I am a strength guy who hates stretching, but Tom’s approach clicked. The sessions are short enough that I actually do them, and the cues are specific without sounding preachy. After two weeks my hips feel less cranky when I squat, and I can sit on the floor with my kid without bargaining with my hamstrings. The videos stream smoothly and the tone is encouraging, not hype. I still skip a day here and there, but I come back because it feels useful, not like homework.
