Good customer service, bought Dexter bowling shoes, ordered my usual size, but they felt snug. Emailed customer service to ask about getting a bigger size. They answered quickly with a shipping label and steps for exchanging to a larger size.

Watch out for deceiving marketing deals. When I went to the BowlersMart site, I saw a 5% off deal for signing up for emails and texts. I agreed, got a code, but when I tried using it for my purchase, it didn't work. They didn't stick to what they promised. Not a good start for new customers.
