    Rogue's stuff always solid. I tried nike, titan, sorinex bars... Rogue's best. Rating here low, no clue why.

    I'm a designer who has used this company's product before. I contacted them months ago about a new home project, mentioning I'd used Rogue Fitness products previously. I sent photos and a list of what I needed, got a quote from Matt, and tried to add more items later. However, despite my calls and emails, there was no response for months. Nobody updated my order to include the additional items I wanted. The customer service representative I spoke to was also very rude. It seems they might lose out on a $10k order to a company that responds promptly. On a side note, Lifefitness got back to me quickly, and I ended up ordering an elliptical machine from them, which I've already received.

    The company's phone reps were not helpful. Adam was especially rude, pretending to have a connection breakup during our call. Some others were okay when I called earlier, but overall, not good.

    Disappointing encounter.

    Disappointing encounter. I purchased hand grips for Christmas, but the sizing was off. The replacement process is costly, nearly half the item's price, and they add shipping charges for uncertain glove sizing. Their sizing guides are inaccurate, and there's a lack of effort to rectify the situation. Time spent on this company is not worthwhile.

    Absolutely dreadful shipping

    Absolutely dreadful shipping experience with this company. They rely on a convoluted chain of partners, culminating in one that solely communicates via email. Utterly atrocious service. Contacting them has been a nightmare. Rogue will never see another penny from me.
