Tiquets is a reliable third party service, and I had no problem using the tickets I bought through them. The instructions in the app for each ticket were simple to follow and really useful.

Booked a ticket for Loro Parque before my trip to Tenerife. The whole process was smooth, from picking a date, paying, to downloading the app and getting the entrance code.

From how easy it was to get the tickets to the clear info in the tickets we got, with the adreses of the places for the activities, all was fine. Definately recomend.

I tryed to join few tours in Milan, but not all were availeble, fast replies, told me what's open in a day.

This was a pretty good trip

This was a pretty good trip, with a visit to a bulb grower, so we saw the cool sight of fields of tulips in lots of colors. The not so good part was when we got to Keukenhof, the weather cut our visit short by an hour. Funny enough, it stayed dry until the last 15 minutes. We went to Amsterdam for 3 days just to see Keukenhof. Even though we didn't stop for snacks, we left without seeing part of the garden or anything inside, which was disappointing. The river cruise was on a nice boat with informative commentary.

The boat trip was nice, but locating the office at Marco Polo airport was hard. In the arrivals hall, besides baggage claim and machines, there were no clear signs. I finally discovered it after exiting through nothing to declare, where the offices are located. The office collected details from my smartphone in return for tickets.

It's striking how enormous this cathedral is and the grandiosity with which the expansion was designed is obvious. You can view a structure like this repeatedly, even if you’ve seen it once before.

Our guide for the Vatican and Sistine Chapel tour was very good, but the advertisement makes it seem like a private tour, not one with many other groups and nearly 2000 people!

Complete scam!

If you book with this company at least do so knowing the facts. They are a middle man and a random third party will be who you get your tickets from. You have no contract with that third party. So if you arrive and they do not supply you with what you purchased you have zero recourse and can’t do anything about it. Also it is your word against the third party and this company will support the side that makes them more money. Know that if you purchase with this company they do not back their product. The third party will move times and not notify you but tell the company that they did. I was lied to multiple times by the third party and this company does not care. The third part company was hostile at best and treated us horribly. The tickets say that this is not reschedule-able. Then why did the third party reschedule without telling us. Some people had other tours outside this company that charge a change fee, in order to change follow on tours and accommodate this change that the ticket says it can not be rescheduled. Know before you buy. I would never use this company again.

A mess from the moment we met the guy outside the meeting spot at 15.00 on the 08th October. He seemed lost and didn’t know what to do. Then he just stuck us in a line and walked away, leaving us confused about what to do next. We stood in line for 45 minutes. When we finally got inside, we were left wondering what to do. Many people were completely lost and asking for our guide, but there was none. We were then told we had to pay another 8 euros each for headphones... seriously? These tickets cost a lot and we were all counting on a guide. We got a short welcome video instead... this was not what we thought we were paying for. I am totally furious and want our money back. Plus, we booked for the 15.00 and then at security they said we couldn't go in after 45 minutes of waiting in the rain because it was 16.00. We were like no way, and we all rushed through, expecting to line up again.

Bought tickets for The Colosseum, arrived outside 30 mins before 2pm, only to find the ticket station far off, walked 45 mins under the sun. Still couldn't find the ticket station, Rajshree at customer service kept sending Google Maps links, but the area has major roadworks and building repairs, causing traffic and pedestrian detours. Spent £90 to see the Colosseum from the outside. Rajshree keeps quoting T&Cs and refusing refunds. The instructions are unclear, saying "near Piazza Venezia". Get your tickets from another place.

It’s a shame I can’t give no stars.

It’s a shame I can’t give no stars. I’ve attempted twice to book a tour with this company; each time I was charged 983.52, and each time the tour was canceled by them. They have no phone support or email, just chat, and each time they say to try again in 24 hours. This doesn’t help, as I’m charged right away and not refunded until 72 hours later. This company isn’t reliable! They get 72 hours of free credit! I won’t try again since there’s no guarantee it will work, and I might be out of pocket once more!

Scam: Montjuic Cable Car

I was "online sold" a "non existing" audio for use with the Montjuic Cable Car. A frustrating experience.
