    Great service, high quality product

    Great service, high quality product, and excellent installation work. Sean from Timberlane made the whole process easy and was always available, dependable, and kind. Jim Van Camp, the owner of Cornerstone Custom Shutter Installations, did the installation but also gave amazing customer service and had vast knowledge of the different types of shutters, accessories, and installation methods. Thanks to Jim's expertise, we ended up with much better shutters than we would have picked on our own, as we were planning to go with a simple design. Jim and his helper Lou seem like perfectionists because everything was installed so well and they left no mess behind. Very happy with the outcome.

    It was a great experience working with Trevor

    It was a great experience working with Trevor MacBain on our project. He was very supportive, patient, quick to reply, and always professional. Whenever there was a small problem, he helped us find the right fix. After our project is finished, we’ll be happy to share some photos. Until then, rest assured that Timberlane and Trevor are reliable, which isn't always easy to find. We trust that Trevor and Timberlane will provide high quality work.

    Ordered five pairs of custom shutters

    Ordered five pairs of custom shutters, and the team at Timberlane was very helpful and gave great advice. I was surprised by how quickly the shutters were ready! The shutters and the paintwork were just right, and I handled the mortises which was quick to do. I also liked the aluminum caps on top of each shutter. Thanks Timberlane!

    Jonathan Brodzik and Joe in logistics did a great job. I had to order a custom shutter to fit the Homeowners Associations' requirements before selling my home. They got it done in no time. Awesome work!
