From the start, when we talked to Rachael
From the start, when we talked to Rachael, to the finish, when our car got to us, the experience was really good. Rachael was very kind and suportive while we picked our car. We got a Lexus UX, and it came sooner than we thought. My wife really likes the car we bought. We will surely return to ThisCar for our next buy.

You gave me a good offer pretty quickly. You also reached out by phone to check if all was fine. None of the other dealers even tried to call. This kind of care is likely more valuble to people over 50. Younger folks probably never experienced such personal service.

DO NOT BUY
DO NOT BUY without an inspection, there bs inspection is just that, sent me a 2022 Bmw all wheel drive with mix matched tires all the way around, seller told me that its ok to drive an all wheel drive with mix matched BALD tires! His exact quote! Broken windshield, broken door lock cover, 3k in repairs so far. WILL UPDATE WHEN DONE WITH THIS BS!
