Impressive prices, impeccable service

Impressive prices, impeccable service, and seamless delivery and installation characterize my experience with The Mirror Company. The entirety of the process was outstanding, except for the limited flexibility in the delivery and install time slots. Unfortunately, I was only provided with a single 4-hour window, and the next available option was three weeks later. Managing with just a 2-hour notice to adjust my schedule was a bit challenging. Nonetheless, aside from this minor inconvenience, every other aspect of my interaction with The Mirror Company was exceptional.

These guys are great!

These guys are great! The ONLY thing you need to do is... BE READY / Prepare your space for the install day. If you get your area and walls ready after getting the first notice... you'll be fine. My window moved a little, but I also followed the advice from others to be ready on my end. The installers arrived early, had all the necessary tools, were very professional, recommended an install method that helped me save a bit on the mirrors, gave helpful tips, and finished quickly and safely. I will surely be calling again and will recommend them whenever I can.

My appointment window was from 9 am to 1 pm. At 10:15 am, two workers came and were polite, alert, and ready to work. They explained everything clearly and carefully installed the mirror setup in our studio. It was clear they had expereince, and one of them was especially skilled, making sure every mirror was lined up just right over the full 24 feet. I would surely suggest this company to anyone needing big mirrors installed!

I don’t know where to begin... The wait wasn’t long at all, the team called ahead to let me know when they would be arriving, and they showed up right on time. Both were really nice. They asked where I wanted my mirror placed, I told them, and they did exactly that. It looks great. I will definitely suggest this company to others.

They were early! They were very professional. It took them very little time to install and it looks great!!

However, I encountered an inconvenience when they informed me that my mirrors couldn't fit in the elevator, a situation that might have been avoided with more thorough questioning from the home office beforehand. Despite the six-week wait for installation, the prompt refund of my deposit was appreciated. Overall, a positive experience with room for improvement in pre-installation communication. Thank you for the timely resolution.

The installers showed up early which was great. They answered all of my questions clearly and I was able to see the whole process of the mirror install. The only negative was that they walked through the house in their boots and didn't offer to put on plastic shoe covers (disposable booties) and I was left with a visibly dirty rubber flooring in the gym where the mirror was installed.

The team at TheMirrorCompany was really pro and quick. I got two big mirrors for my gym, but they suggested using one full piece instead of cutting them. They fixed it on the wall in just 45 minutes, and it looks great. They were super pro and helpful. I'd totally suggest them to others.

The delivery took quite a few months. The installers were nice and shared helpful advice about framing it. Still, they arrived two hours before the scheduled time and the mirror was left smudged. The cost was a bit lower compared to other local estimates.
