I had a very good experience with Barbell Standard. I bought a 90 lb set of cast iron plates. Their New Year's Sale price was really good and I got an extra 10% off for being a first-time buyer. The plates came by FedEx in three business days (maybe sooner, but a snow storm caused delay). Barbell Standard sent several emails to keep me updated about the shipment. The plates arrived in great condition and look nice with raised letters and silver details. Each plate weighs within 1% of what they say. FedEx did damage the packaging a little on one box, but the plates were perfect. I will order from Barbell Standard once again.

Overall, ordering was simple, shipping was fast, and I'm satisfied with the products. I'm new to weightlifting and glad I found good stuff at a good price. One product was delayed, but they told me quickly and offered fair fixes. Their talk was honest, pro, moral, and nice. Hardly find such good help nowadays. Found this company by chance, very happy, gonna stick with them forever.

Weights are good. Service is great. Thanks to Michael M. He was patient and responsive. One of my plates was lost in FedEx. Michael sent another one and it was also lost in FedEx. Both times were at FedEx Bloomington hub. Standard barbell didn't have plates at the time, then when they did Michael sent one right away. Thanks again for the great customer service.

However, Barbell Standard swiftly acknowledged and rectified the issue, even responding on Thanksgiving Day. Their customer service is commendable, and the replacement item proved to be of excellent quality as well.

Dey dint have da set I want online, but was able to put a custom set together for me at the promotional prices. My order was delayed and as a sorry for da delay I was sent a complimentary barbell shoulder pad and bar clamps.

The service is great, but I didn't like how the products came separately. I was expecting all items to come together, but they arrived on different days and took longer than I expected. But service was great.
