The man I spoke to on the phone was very nice and helped me a lot. It was great talking to a real person who answered all my questions and gave me useful advice. He even stayed on the line to transfer me to the club card expert, making sure I was connected. Well done!

I've had this card for quite a few years now
I've had this card for quite a few years now, and it's a decent card with some good benefits, particularly for shopping in Tesco stores. However, there are some issues with the service. One problem is that the system sometimes sends a failed payment warning letter, even if you pay on time without fail! Also, the helpline seems purposely set up to make it hard to talk to an actual person. Great!
