Люди кажуть, не користуйтесь - вас обдурять..ну я їх не слухала і рада цьому. Деякі речі дешеві і швидки ламаюця, але більшість дуже добрі. Біжутерія, взуття, одяг, макіяж - все було чудово. Якщо бачу щось в продажі в соцмережах, перед покупкою дивлюсь на temu. Все, що купуєте в компаніях, temu продає те ж саме без красивої упаковки. Минулого тижня купила слуховий апарат для чоловіка за £26..це чудо, у магазині коштує £200.

One must remember, if you're paying peanuts... So, keeping that in mind I didn't expect much from my 1st order. I thought, even if it's 'tat' I've only got myself to blame. Well, it's nice to get all my items in the parcel within the given delivery time. What cost me £25 or so would've been triple elsewhere. With that in mind, I ordered again, this time some clothes. I'm tall, and Asians are pretty short, so it's no surprise the trousers didn't reach my ankles. But mid-calf is okay, for the price, and it's summer, so... Not sure about winter trousers. All the items I bought were there and early. I don't click on 'flash ads', pop-ups or 'you have won'. Temu wants you to spend more, which is just marketing and understandable. That said, I've bought bits and bobs I don't really need but treating myself a bit, for a change, without going into debt was nice. My 3rd parcel, due soon, has a beauty product. Not my usual online buy so I'm curious how it'll work out. I won't be miffed if it's crap as it's been 5 star so far. I haven't had any issues so no need to contact Temu yet. It amuses me when people pay a tenth of the price and then complain. Pay ten times more, then complain. Though I sympathize with those who've had incomplete or undelivered items. I've had that thrice in the last two years with Amazon. Is it worse because it's cheap? To me, it's the same. The Temu logistics manager must be good. I don't envy him/her. Final thought: I expect Temu sources from companies that use cheap labor. So do Primark, H&M, Monsoon, and many others. Their profit margin is likely higher too. Cheap labor: would you pay £10/h for all your clothes? Most wouldn't. If you object (I do), you can't shop anywhere. It's cheap labor, but it gives a small income to many. Where else would they earn? Probably nowhere. If everything was 'fair' overnight, the planet would be strained. Not nice, but that's how it is. I can't change the world, neither can most of us. That's up to 'leaders' and those in power. In conclusion, some have had bad luck, expected given the company's size, and others, like me, are happy as Larry.

Terrible, theft, assault, fraud

Several issues with temu. They often send damaged and used items advertised as new. Lie when you have video evidence of your return and refuse to give you a refund. Claim they will cover shipping costs then refuse to pay you back for the packing material they previously stated they would pay for. Send items so damaged that they required stitches from cutting open my hand then blatantly request I piece the item together and return it. I asked for a way to return the item safely regarding me packing, shipping handlers, and for the person who will be opening the return and they said to package as is even if it results in further bodily damages.

I'm surprised to see bad reviews! I've got lots of packages delivered, usually within 12 days or before, never later. Earlier this month, I sent my first return package free, no problem. Turns out I miscounted one item. Temu told me about my error and put $18.26 in my bank. I was impressed! I wouldn't have known without Temu's honesty. As a one-time thing, they let me use my return credit before they checked the goods. I can't ask for better service than that! I'm very grateful. I've bought lots of household items and clothes from Temu, mostly successfully. The only returns were due to wrong sizes or unexpected materials, plus one damaged rug returned today for a full credit, no postage charge! I was pleased. Just so you know, I asked for credit on my account instead of a bank refund. I'm a real customer from Australia. I'm super happy with this company and their service. I'll keep shopping here! I try to pick up a few things every couple weeks to keep my wardrobe up-to-date. Recently, I've had to replace most of my clothes with bigger sizes, which would've been hard on my wallet without Temu. Their clothes are comparable to Target's and sometimes almost as good as Talbots'. Figuring out the right size was tricky, but now I know I need XXL instead of XL for most things. I especially love their dresses—they're usually really pretty and easy to care for. Just wash in cold water and hang to dry. The T-shirts aren't 100% cotton, but they're okay. I got a sofa cover for $30 that's been great—it would've cost a lot more elsewhere. My husband worries about China, but I tell him most stores sell Chinese stuff anyway.

Unfortunately, some of the toys had plastic screws for eyes that screwed into a plastic fixture inside the toy's head. This design is potentially dangerous for pets that chew. Day reads turn over in "English." Band is canvas and leather. Good quality. Movement feels like Japanese by weight. Other watches are SOKI and WOK. Light with canvas knock-off bands. Will replace bands. Watches are 40 to 42 mm round cases. Band lugs are 20-22. Movement suspected plastic. Price $2.19 to $3.14. Pleased and satisfied. Will have magnifiers placed on date. Barton or Richie bands. Most of my collection is Swiss Wenger or Viktronics. Did not pay more than $200 for each of them. Nice additions to my collection. Look out, Amozon.

I've purchased a lot from this company. Most of what I've bought has been great and has really low prices. I've bought household stuff and women's clothes and been really happy with almost all of it. Their sizes are pretty accurate too. I've even got a couple of kaftans that are just like ones I got from Amazon but for less than half the price. Some people who complain are just snobby and don't want to admit they're getting good stuff at Temu's low prices. I'll keep buying from them. Also, when there's been a problem and I've complained, they're quick to give refunds without any hassle.

I ordered 8 summer event dresses, one I didn't like but my friend loved it, and their sofa throws and hair extensions are amazing. The color match on the hair extensions was spot on. Try them and follow their scam advice—it's a winner for me.

They don't refund!!

The most terrible company, in every way. Products of execrable quality, extraordinarily bad shipping, but the worst experience is that of the return. After walking from one side to another to drop off the package (the instructions on the website have nothing to do with reality), you wait a month to receive a refund that was not even issued. I have been to the bank several times so far, only to be told that the ARN code sent by them to verify my transaction is invalid. There is no other solution/proof that the money left them. But the bank claims that no refund request was issued from them... So, keep in mind that you will never receive the money for the products you send as a return, from this terribly bad Chinese company!!!

When I went into my temu order to tell them my order was wrong ,it requested I click on howly to speak to them and ut would be a refundable 1 dollar fee.They even had my card details on hand and when I spoke to them they said they can't help me and told me temu would be best to contact In this time R533.08 and R18.34 had come off my account and temu has said that they did not authorize this This is fraudulent activity which Howly is carrying out and I have notified the authorities

Yes my name is Donna. I started shopping at Temu I think in October about a couple of things and wow they got good prices so I kept shopping and kept shopping. I was spending four and 500 a month shopping there. I’m buy for children that don’t have much I try to make them smile cute outfit, shoes toy anyway I’ve been having fun doing this and I realized I returned back and I didn’t think I got my money back for it or credit so I went to Support Ask, what they look it up and they tell me I didn’t send the items back that the order came back but the pants weren’t in there but there was extra items in there but they look into it I said OK so I look into it well, I find the order where they refunded the pants for credit I go back to Support and tell them. my apologies here’s the order it was refunded… You know I’m in full-blown investigation they cut me off I can’t shop there anymore. They won’t let me they just keep saying I’m under investigation and won’t tell me why or what’s going on. I’ve never been told I couldn’t spend my money anywhere.
