Definitely worth buying option to have documents sent to me. My only complaint is that I added second pet but didn't get harness and tracking tag for them. Otherwise, we thankful for professional products we received!

It took a while to get my requested documents from the company for my Emotional Support Animal. When I needed an update, it was frustrating to figure out how to do so, and ensuring the correct wording in the documents, as requested, was challenging. In the end, the Emotional Support Animal documents were eventually generated and approved by my landlord. However, the entire process took over 4 weeks. Thank you!
