Our salesman Rich was polite, helpful
Our salesman Rich was polite, helpful, and well-informed. He guided us in choosing a stairlift that matched what we needed. Josh, who installed it, was polite, helpful, and well-informed too. He showed us how the chair parts worked and explained the safety features. The setup was finished quicker than we thought. Josh made sure we felt comfotable using the chair before he left.

The engineer who came to fix my outside chairlift
The engineer who came to fix my outside chairlift did a great job, so I gave 5 stars. However, I’m very upset about how many times I’ve had to call you for repairs when the chairlift stops working. It makes me think that my outside chairlift isn’t really up to the task. For a cost of more than £3000, I thought it would be better.

Stannah was understanding while I took my time to decide. Once I made up my mind, they arranged the installation for a time that worked well for me and my family. The installation process was easy, and the demonstration was clear and helpful.

We are very happy with our Stannah stairlift.
We are very happy with our Stannah stairlift. It was carefully built to fit our dogleg stairs. The installation also included some woodwork on the lower steps and an added extension to the rail.
