I didn’t know much about Spotfund before starting

I didn’t know much about Spotfund before starting, but it turned out to be a good choice. Getting things started was fast, and the site helped me share my story and reach people easly. Putting the link on social media worked well, and I started getting support fast. Donating was simple for others, and they could keep track of what was going on, which helped a lot. In general, Spotfund made the process feel simple and worth it. I’d definetly use it again.

When we needed to get emergency cash for my adopted daughter and her son fast without a lot of trouble and with a simple payout, this service was great. I've tried other fundraising services before for different needs. Never has it been so straightforward. Never has it had such good exposure. We reached our goal. I'm so happy. And I will use Spot Fund again. Tell everyone. This is the new fundraising service that truly, truly works!

The customer support through email was really good. I had reached out to Waymaker and they never got back to me, and Kickstarter just seemed too complicated for what I needed. When I contacted Spotfund, they replied quickly and made sure to let me know that although there wasn’t phone support, she could guide me through the process. My contact has been really quick to respond, and so far, my campaign is going well!

Simple to use, install and begin right away. Also does a great job helping you manage and connect with donors. What I think should be improved: Have a prompt where users can choose to add a tip to support spotfund, instead of having it prechecked so people can decide on donating to the site themselves. All in all, it was a nice experience and gave me the chance to raise funds to bring my dog home from Australia.

Payments were handled and sent to my account dependably. I got $211 in donations overall, and after Spotfund’s charges (covering local and foreign fees), I ended up with $202.53. The platform clearly shows these fees, but having a detailed fee report for each donation on the dashboard would help for better planning later. Even so, the payout was quick and easy.

It was our first try at this. Thanks to my niece Katecia Ingram. It's really useful and helps us connect with family and friends. We didn't hit our online goal, but we reached our overall goal. Some people were hesitant to donate, thinking it might be a scam. I assured them it's legit. I'd recommend Spotfund to anyone. Thanks a lot.

Spotfund didn’t meet my needs for my personal fund raiser. Transferring funds raised took longer than expected and there were some issues. It was not hard to set up, but sharing the link with friends and family wasn’t as smooth as I hoped. I’m only at 40% of my goal after over a week. This was a mixed experience, not very uplifting.
