I have been very happy with spotfund. Setting everything up was simple. When I needed assistance, they responded FAST and looked into the issue right away. The payout went through without any problems. The only reason I didn't give them a full 5-star review is because of the credit card fee. I get that they're being charged, but it would be nice if they didn’t charge that fee, especially for medical fundraisers. Other than that, I highly recommend spot.fund. Overall, it's a great service.

I think it would be nice if there were better

I think it would be nice if there were better ways for people who don’t know the families to find those needing help. Maybe having a more public platform where folks could learn about different campaigns would help. The site itself feels like it could use some more options. It’d be great if they had a way to make your story into an advert to reach more people through other social media chanels.

The website is easy to use, but when I reached out via email about payment, I didn't get a reply. I eventually worked it out on my own. Additionally, I believe the fee of $15.00 for a $100.00 donation is quite high.

I was in a vulnerable state and really needed genuine help and was lied to was told my check a be mailed out 3-5 business day and it all was a lie and that just devastating to know people get a kick out of lying to people who needs help its so sad don't understand it

Die SpotFund-Anwendung war einfach zu bedienen und ich stellte fest, dass ich nicht die richtigen Informationen hatte, um das Bankkonto einzurichten, was zu einem Fehler beim Versuch, Geld zu überweisen, führte. Ich habe schon einige andere Fundraising-Plattformen ausprobiert, aber diese war bisher die beste. Ich hatte ein paar Fragen, bevor ich begonnen habe, und das Team war bei allem sehr hilfsbereit. Die Einrichtung meiner Kampagne war ganz einfach und dass die Auszahlung so schnell war, hat meiner Familie geholfen, das Geld direkt zu nutzen. Sehr zu empfehlen!
