I have a good doctor and therapist at this company.
I have a good doctor and therapist at this company. My doctor, Chinara Smith, shows a lot of care and knowledge. She understands her duties well and helps people who face mental health challenges. She has been a helpful support in my therapy journey. I’ve also gained clearer insight into myself and improved my choices for making good changes in life. I’m thankful for Sonder Mind for hiring skilled and profssional staff like Dr. Smith.

Finding a therapist was simple
Finding a therapist was simple, and there were no problems with the insurance company. I got to pick another therapist when the first one didn't work out. Scheduling is also simple, no need to deal with the therapist directly.

My insurance hasn’t been charged yet.
My insurance hasn’t been charged yet. I’m still paying the full amount even though I have United Healthcare, and I really need an explanation for this and a refund for what I shouldn't have paid. I do enjoy working with my therapist, though.

The billing team is the most disorganized group
The billing team is the most disorganized group I have dealt with. It took them 4 months to resend a claim for me, and when they finally did, they never checked or confirmed that I would get my refund. They told me 2 months ago that I was entitled to a refund, but nothing has happened since. They ignored all of my 5 follow-up emails. I believe they are severely understaffed and just don't care about fixing the issue. On top of that, the video quality was bad about 1 out of every 5 times I used the service. I would recommend looking for another provider – rula, headway.
