Total Scam - Avoid Bikham Healthcare

I am extremely disappointed with Bikham Healthcare. This company is a complete scam and has never followed up on any of their promises. I paid them last year, and they assured me the process would take about six months. Here we are, over a year later, and despite numerous emails and phone calls, we have made no progress. No one gets back to you, and when you get a hold of them, they constantly lie about the status of your application. Despite assurances of regular updates, I have received no information on my credentialing status. The updates on the Credily portal are baffling, as the status remains unchanged with the message, "payer was unable to locate the application on file." This recurring issue seriously questions the submission process and its effectiveness. Their lack of communication, deceitful practices, and failure to deliver on their promises are completely unacceptable. Do not trust Bikham Healthcare with your time or money. They are scammers and should be avoided at all costs.

Over a year ago, I entrusted them with a substantial payment to handle my credentialing process. To date, they have produced nothing — not a single completed contract or credentialing milestone. They proudly claim compliance with NYHIMA, AHIMA, and HFMA standards, but the only thing they seem to comply with is enriching their own bank account. They do not return calls. They do not answer emails. They do not deliver services. Despite numerous requests for updates and refunds, I’ve received nothing but silence — except for a vague email months ago saying my account was being “escalated.” That was over three months ago, and unsurprisingly, still no action has been taken. As a single-owner operator, every dollar matters. This company’s complete failure to perform has caused significant harm to my business. They have wasted my time, my money, and my trust. If you're considering using this company for credentialing, don’t. You’re better off setting your money on fire — at least, that would be quicker.

I would caution anyone to be extremely wary when dealing with them.

This company uses some outsourcing persons Poonam, Ankita, and others who do not respond on time. They charge huge but do less. Never will go back to this agency. Just too sluggish people. Unprofessional and irresponsible.

I have paid and never got anywhere I applied as a group, and they did nothing. I asked for a refund they refused. was told they would send 500 out of the 1,700 I sent them last June. They never sent that either. Beware of this company.

Bikham has been very supportive during the Medicaid

Bikham has been very supportive during the Medicaid credentialing process. I had all the required papers ready but just didn’t have the time to go through the steps myself. Amlesh has been great with keeping in touch and updating me all along the way. Though we haven’t completed the credentialing yet, we are making good progress thanks to Amlesh and his team’s help. I also really like how easy to use the Credily portal is—it’s great being able to check my application status whenever I need.

Requests for addtional information from health insurres are handled expedetiusly. Still waitng on the application completions, but very please so far.

I am still trying to get credentialed with this company

I am still trying to get credentialed with this company and it has been a real struggle. They keep asking for the same info over and over again. I send it in, and it still shows as missing. Then they ask for even more details, like access to PECOs and NPI for everyone involved. They want full access to all the portals, acting like the data there isn’t correct. That’s not going to happen. After that, they email me again asking for the same stuff, as if it was never sent. It feels like they don't trust anything I provide or maybe they don’t get English.
