Samantha was nice to work with. She was friendly and patient, answering all my questions. She didn't hurry me and didn't push me to buy. I was deciding between Mobile Help and another company, and Samantha was one reason we chose MH. I hope all the phone reps are as great as her.

The company was alright. I was told they'd cover me anywhere, even out of state, which was a big deal. I thought it would cover me in the house and out in my yard, but it's more like woops!
