It worked! I admit, I had my doubts because of the crazy low price, but my before-and-after pics are the real deal. Alignerco – the real MVP for bringing back my smile. Total recommend for anyone on the smile makeover journey.

I really liked my experience with Alignerco. It was straightforward and fast. I wanted to fix a little space between my top front teeth and sort out a bottom tooth that was moving because of my wisdom teeth. It only took 12 steps and a few months to get everything in line. I have to say, the first set and every new set did hurt at the beginning for about a day, so I suggest taking something for the pain about an hour before you put them in. All in all, Alignerco is a solid choice, and my contact person, Ele, was always ready to help and got back to me quickly whenever I had questions or worries. I'd for sure tell anyone wanting to improve their smile to go with this company!

The instruction booklet in the kit guided me to do a practice impression and then send pictures via email, but later I found out I needed to do a video call before using any products, which wasn't mentioned initially. This caused me to order more supplies unexpectedly. The video call appointment also started almost 30 minutes late. Hoping for a smoother experience with the correct fitting liners going forward.

Dealing with Alignerco has been a total headache. First, they send me a mold that's practically a jawbreaker – too big for my mouth. Cue the back-and-forth, rejected impressions, extra pics, and endless waits. Turns out, I needed a smaller mold, but guess what? They only mailed out the bottom ones. More waiting and extra charges for wasted material with those giant molds. After ages, they finally give the nod to the molds, and I'm thinking, "Sweet, let the aligning begin!" But nope, got hit with an email saying my second set won't show up for another THREE WEEKS. Talk about a curveball. Feels like this company's still working out the kinks. I'm beyond frustrated, wishing I could just get my money back and switch to a more reliable crew. This ranks high on my list of most annoying product experiences ever.

Can you believe they want me to shell out more cash for new impressions and retainers? Not cool. I played my part, and this feels like a raw deal. Seriously, save your money, folks.
