We were kinda hesitant to order an electric bike online, but we were pleasantly surprised at how well it turned out. The ordering was easy, the shipping fairly quick, and the bikes are everything we could have asked for and more. There is a lack of information about assembling the bike, but we did it without any issue. The bike itself is well built, sturdy, and inspires confidence when you ride it. Overall, it is one of the best bikes we have owned, and we wouldn't hesitate to buy another one. In fact, we bought two! Good bike, happy customer!

The Stinger bike is a great purchase!

The Stinger bike is a great purchase! After lots of research, I chose it and I'm happy! I put it together alone, even at 68! I might remove the front basket since I won't use it. A water bottle holder would be better. Excited for a long ride!

The videos of people test driving the SnapcycleR1. The assembly was very easy with the video instructions. I am enjoying my bike. I weigh 210 lbs. and the R1 made the steep hills easy to go up.

Snapcycle delivered promptly, reaching me in just 4 days. The packaging appears satisfactory, though I've yet to unwrap the bike. My main concern arose during pre-purchase inquiries, where I sensed a tendency toward "sales speak" instead of direct responses, which was off-putting. However, post-purchase, my experience improved with helpful customer service. I'm cautiously optimistic about the bike's performance, hoping it meets acceptable standards.

The bikes took about a week to come

The bikes took about a week to come, but FedEx told us they'd be here earlier. Some scratches and bent parts, and the gears needed fixing. One fender broke, but Snapcycle will replace it later. Happy about the free helmets and bags from Halloween. Bikes have good tires, but unsure about the batteries. They work well, but we haven't ridden much.

My Son recived his Eagle.

My Son recived his Eagle. He set it up easy enough. But was confusd on why his pedal motion would slip. Had to download directons to determind he needed to set the twist throttle setting. Also not understanding. Changing e bike level from pedal only to twist throttle only

Delivery was fast.

Delivery was fast. But the 1st bike had damage. The 2nd bike arrived without some pieces. However, customer service fixed both problms quickly.
